  After waiting an hour and a half for our food delivery on a Tuesday night, the kebab was awful, extremely salty chicken and the salad and bread tasteless and in a sorry state, and tasteless burger, we were left starving and extremely unsatisfied, do not waste your money here. We have used them a few times and they seem very hit and miss, sometimes the food will be half decent but more often than not it is rubbish, we will not be using them again after tonight. When we phoned after an hour to find out where our food was we were given some lame excuse that they hadn't cooked it yet due to traffic lights outside, wtf?

  i registered online and ordered for the first time tonight, no problems with that but eventually i had to ring to say where was our food, i was informed by a very polite member of staff that they were extremely busy and our food was cooking as we spoke, unfortunately when it arrived it was not very good at all. i had ordered 2 pizzas and basically we got 2 pizza bases with a bit of grated cheese and a small amount of ham and pineapple on one and a small amount of ham and mushroom on the other, so no tomato sauce, and little amounts of topping, won't be ordering again in a hurry ------------- UPDATE ---------- i had a very nice phone call from the manager who said i should of rung and complained on the night, i explained that we had just got back for our hols, waited for an hour and half and just couldn't be bothered with waiting again, so she has offered to send me some vouchers in the post, so will give them another go, if not right she assured me that it would be sorted if i rang them, so good customer service

  Why have a driver that doesn't know the local area? After waiting almost 2 hours (knowing it would be busy due to time of year) we called to be spoken to in a rude manner and told we gave the wrong number. It doesn't show on the receipt so I have no idea if we did or not.
  Still my email was correct they could have emailed me!
  We are regulars also and have seen several different drivers who all have no problems finding it. I also know for a fact that any readily available map app can show you the location (Google maps for example) so the fact that he doesn't know where to go is no excuse as the information is readily available.
  When the food arrived it was cold and hard. We where hungry since we had waited so long so just heated it our selves. I asked the driver if they where fresh or warmed up and he shrugged and said "dunno it's what they gave me". I have been using Regency regularly as my main takeaway choice however after this I feel I will look at other options even if I have to pay for delivery from a further locations.
  The food was awful and service even more so. Between the incredibly rude women on the phone and the useless delivery driver I am simply shocked that they have any custom at all.
  
  EDIT: I have now received a call from the store at 10pm (when I have two young kids in bed) from the store saying the have seen this review and the lady who spoke to me pointed out that the number was wrong and was my fault (great customer service). I said fair enough and that I would change it, so here are the changes:
  
  I did put the wrong number but I do not see why they did not contact me via email since they had it as it was a requirement and I received my receipt via email.
  
  The lady on the phone seemed ready for a heated argument and I basically cut her short and told her we would not be using regency again but I would happily correct my mistake on google. I am already disappointed with the service and a phone call late at night did not help the image I now have of this establishment.
